If I place an order today, when will it be delivered?
When you place an order, you will be given option to select your delivery date. You need to order it at least one day before your intended delivery date but same day delivery is available for Dhaka city. Some of the items such as dress requires 3 to 4 days prior order. Gifts are delivered between 10 AM to 8 PM. There is also option to specify the time range for delivery. A 3 hours window is desirable. Same day order should be placed before 12:00 PM Bangladesh time.

Can I send gift to any place in Bangladesh?
You can send gift to major cities in Banglades. The delivery city needs to be specified before you select an item. We currently deliver only the city limits of the listed areas. For more detail click here

Is there any delivery charge?
There is no extra delivery charge for Dhaka, Sylhet and chittagong city. Same day delivery available for Dhaka city and requires extra $1.99. Click here to view all delivery charges

Can I send a surprise gift?
Our Bangladesh office will call your recipient prior to the delivery to make sure some one is at home and to get the exact direction. A surprise gift may lead to suspicion and a failed delivery. However, you may request a surprise delivery in the 'instruction' box while placing the order if you are sure that the house will be found easily, some one will be at home and it will not raise suspicion to your recipient. We do not guarantee surprise delivery.

What if you don't deliver the same item shown on the Website?
We try to deliver the exact same item that is shown on the Website. Our delivery person will give your recipient a copy of the order items and receive an acknowledgement. If the the exact item is not available, we contact the customer and recipient to work out a replacement item of same value and quality.

Can you make deliveries to USA/Canada/UK/Australia and other countries?
We can ship certain items (Dress, CD and Book) to overseas but in person delivery is not available to any country other than Bangladesh. The overseas shipping is sent through postal mail directly from Bangladesh. Shipping charges apply. Click here for the list of countries and associated shipping charges

Where do you buy your cakes/dresses and other gift items from?
All the gift items are purchased in Bangladesh. Our items come from best vendors in Bangladesh.

How can I make change to my delivery date/Items once I place the order?
Once you place your order you cannot make any changes to it. If there is some urgent need such as address correction, you can contact us by email or by phone to correct it. This kind of change request has to be made well ahead of time (2/3 days) otherwise we cannot guarantee the change. Click on the contact us menu from top to view our addresses.

How can I buy calling cards?
Once you register our support people will verify your information and validate your account in few hours. This is to protect your and our security. Customers from USA and Canada are allowed to purchase calling cards but if you feel you may use our calling card from some other country please inform us at support@dinrat.com. Once verified you can purchase calling cards. All you need to do is to click on the calling card icon from the left bar and then follow the instruction.

How long it takes you to send me the PIN?
You will receive the pin(s) immediately on your screen and automatic email will be sent to you along with the PIN number(s). In addition, all pins purchased in last 6 months will be listed on your account under the option 'View My PINs'.

Where can I make calls and what is the rate?
We carry reputed international calling cards from well regarded manufacturer. These cards can be used to make call from USA and Canada to almost every number country. These cards are good for domestic calls as well. The minutes and list of countries supplied by the manufacturers are added on the calling card page. To view all the countries click on 'minutes' link below the intended calling card's picture.

What if I get less minutes than what you published in your Website?
We supply you the customer service number of the card manufacturer. We do not control or promise the minutes, we display the information that are received from manufacturer.

Do you have PIN Less/Rechargeable calling cards?
Yes, we carry PINLess, rechargeable calling card. You can select your own PIN number that is easy to remember and recharge it when balance runs low. You can also associate your phone numbers (upto 3 phones) to the PIN so you don't have to enter the PIN number whne making calls from those phones. Then it becomes PINLess card. To purchase PINLess card, click on the 'Rechargeabl PIN' icon from left side bar and read the instruction.

Why I don't see the calling card I want on your site?
You can suggest us your favorite calling cards if it is not already in our list. Please email us at support@dirnat.com.

How can I add items to shopping cart?
You can add items to your shopping cart by browsing through our categories. Once you find an item you'd like to buy, simply hit the button below the item you are interested in to add the selected item to your shopping cart. At this point, you can change the quantity of items you'd like to order, delete an item, or add another item by clicking on continue shopping, or check out.

How can I delete an unwanted item from my shopping cart?
You can delete an unwanted item from your shopping cart by clicking the "Remove" icon located within the shopping cart next to the item's image.

Is the ordering process secure?
YES! Our website uses the latest encryption technology from Verisign to protect your credit card information. Importantly, we do not store your credit card number into our database to provide you complete peace of mind.

I forgot my password, how can I login?
Not a problem, go to the log in page by clicking on the 'Login' button located top right corner of the site. You will see a link 'Did you forgot your password?' at the bottom of the login box. Simply click on that link and provide your email address, your password will be emailed to your address.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. The payment is online, when you purchase a calling card or order a gift for delivery, the payment page will appear at the last step. The order will not be confirmed until you make online payment successfully. We currently do not accept check, cash or any other form of payment.

After I have placed my order, can I check the status on it?
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive an email to the email address you have provided us within 24 hours with the delivery confirmation. You can also login to your dinrat account and view your order status simply by clicking "Tracking my orders" on the options page. Important: the status doesn't get updated realtime, it may take hours after the delivery is made. For calling cards, the PIN will be immediately emailed to your email address. You can view all of your PIN purchased within last six month by clicking on 'My Calling Card PINs' button from the options page that appears after logging in.

What is your return/cancellation policy?
If you place an order for gift delivery and change your mind ahead of time (before we procure any of the items, normally 3 days prior to the delivery date) you will get 90% of your payment refunded upon cancellation. The 10% is held for covering transaction and administration fees. Any other kind of special situation and request will be considered case by case basis and the amount of refund, if any, will be determined by DinRat.com.
All calling card sales are final. We only replace incorrect PIN.

How can I update my email address, phone number, password and other information on my account?
You can any time update your account information. Login to your account or if you are already logged in click on the 'Your Account' button located at top left corner of the site. You will see an option page, select the first option "View/Edit My Profile" to make the necessary changes.
